Human Crushing Machine is the solo metal band of London (UK) based multi-instrumentalist Nick Schlesinger.
Recruiting Simon Gordon (Kill II This) on vocals along with guest lead guitarists, including Chris Poland (Megadeth, OHM), the band combines modern and classic influences to deliver powerful sonic punch.
Drawing on real life social issues, the message is politically charged standing for victims of domestic abuse, injustices of war, political corruption, and gender inequality, amongst others.
With pulverising grooves and riffs, dark textures and urgent lyrics, Human Crushing Machine uses music to hold a mirror up to a troubled society.

44 Days is heavy, groovy and melodic; a high-octane track featuring lead guitar from legendary ex-Megadeth guitarist Chris Poland. Lyrically, the song is inspired by Tsutomu Miyazaki, known as the Otaku Murderer, who in the late 1980s brutally abducted and killed 4 young children.
The essence is that monsters are real. As children we're told they only exist as fictional characters in stories and fantasies. But the fact is that they're real. They just don't look like a two-headed beast or a witch. They look like the person sitting next to you on public transport, your neighbours or colleagues... Hiding in plain sight. And that we might unknowingly be the object of their obsession is a terrifying prospect.
